Looking back on it now the real decision was the builder and I can honestly say that Bill and Doug Derocher exceeded all of our expectations in every category. They did what they said and said what they did! The project was on time on price with exceptional follow up and follow thru. Even now if an issue arises Bill or Frank responds immediately without question. They continue to care about my home and have become friends thru the process. If I were to build again there would be no search for a builder. Without question, it would be Derocher and I suggest that you will feel the same upon completion of your dream project.
