Building the right team is crucial to a successful project. Whether or not you have already hired an architect, we are ready to get involved with the process. We can introduce you to the architects, interior designers, and landscape architects who would best fit your needs and desires.

We are not just general contractors but also project managers who diligently oversee and familiarize ourselves with all aspects of your project from start to finish. We handle obtaining all necessary permits, materials, and labor contracts required for your build, and communicate directly with your choice of architects and designers. Our process is fully transparent when it comes to project costs. We share all material and labor contracts with you – we order nothing without your approval. In addition, we provide you with a full itemization cost breakdown tracking initial allowances, changes, and costs to date, allowing you the opportunity to assess costs at every stage of your project.

As we near completion of your project, we schedule a walkthrough with you to accommodate any last changes or tweaks you desire; we also note all items remaining incomplete. Now we enter the warranty period where we provide you a full standard home warranty for the first year.

We’re not done upon completion of your project; once completed, we will schedule a meeting with you to discuss your desires and needs for home maintenance. Custom luxury homes demand special care and substantial upkeep. We provide you with a full-service turnkey preventative maintenance and repair program which includes seasonal inspections, maintenance routines, and regular upkeep. You have the option of a fully comprehensive plan or you can select which of those daunting tasks you would like us to perform.
